and anything but optional.
Periodically everyone needs to rethink,
refresh and renew to perform at his or her very best. Add to the fact that markets
change, customers change how they buy and competitors seem to get better each
year and you have a compelling business case for polishing existing skills and
developing new ones.
To help you be certain that you are fielding
the very best team… that you are availing yourself of the best tools to win new
customers and build profitable relationships we have designed an integrated
series of workshops that enable people to meet the challenges inherent in selling
and serving customers in today's tough competitive environments and to be better
prepared for the future.
We know that people have different developmental
needs depending on their experience level, tenure, products, services, target
customers, contact level, revenue responsibility, the type sales process used
and their role in creating and keeping customers.
To meet those needs, we offer a variety
of workshops for all your people. Individual workshops address different content
needs and can be personalized for a given audience or can be structured to accommodate
mixed groups.
- The Selling for Results series builds specific consultative skills for any
person who contributes to the task of creating or keeping customers.
- The Managing for Results series helps managers achieve results through others.
- The Employee Development series provides growth opportunities for everyone.
Workshops can be delivered in one, two
or three day blocks or can support developmental goals over a longer period
of time. Support materials, application tools and reinforcement strategies are
included for each workshop.
We provide professional facilitation
for all our workshops. Our facilitators have completed our Facilitation Excellence
certification, have a minimum five years sales experience, served in senior
management positions or have owned successful businesses.
