David J. Pemberton
David brings sales, leadership and entrepreneurial insight honed over 25 years in sales and executive positions. He is the founder of four businesses and the driving force in the growth of many others.

After graduating from the University of Notre Dame, he gained valuable experience selling office equipment for Xerox Corporation, telecom systems in the SMB market and educational services to enterprise customers.  

He founded Pemberton Companies in 1996 to provide organizations with highly experienced consultants and trainers that can immediately increase sales, develop leaders and improve teamwork company-wide. 

David has lead over 1000 events in the US, Canada and Europe for clients including, Allergan, Bausch & Lomb, Polo Ralph Lauren, Level Three Communications, CSG Systems, Schlumberger, Qwest Communications, Storage Tek and many others.
Peter McLaughlin       
For over 20 years, Peter has studied the leading research on individual and team performance.  He is the author of the book CatchFire:  A 7-Step Program to Ignite Energy, Defuse Stress and Power Boost Your Career, and co-author of the book Mentally Tough: The Principles of Winning in Sport Applied to Winning in Business.

Peter works with a broad spectrum of corporations including AT&T, American Express, Hewlett Packard, Intel, IBM, Marriott, Liberty Global and Sun Life of Canada.  His books have been translated into six languages and he has been featured in USA Today, Fast Company and on CNN.

Prior to this work, Peter received a Masters degree and was on the faculty of Regis University in Denver, coached high school, college and professional sports teams.  As President of his real estate company, he managed multiple offices and set records for his personal production. 
Jeffrey Howard      
Jeff brings outstanding knowledge and solid sales experience to each engagement.   He combines over 20 years as a sales professional, manager and executive with a devotion to the latest research on persuasion, communications, human performance and coaching.  Jeff has sold across industries and held leadership positions with LGE Performance Systems in Orlando, Florida famous for its work with high performing athletes on mental toughness, The Anthony Robbins Companies and Brian Tracy International.

Jeff is the co-author of Winning Sales Habits and The Daily Sales Coach series.  As a speaker, he has given over 1600 presentations to companies like Hilton Hotels, Sharp Hospitals, Office Depot & AFLAC and he receives high praise for his workshops on sales, management and performance improvement.


David Hurtado
David is the founder of Hurtado Consulting Group, a nationally known project management and consulting firm that has proven expertise in solving complex problems for clients that include Western Union, 7-11, Chevron, First Data, Quiznos and Shell. 

David has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Memphis; a MS in Telecommunications & Information Systems and an MBA from Christian Brothers University.

He was the corporate real estate manager for FEDEX handling over 2400 airport facilities, Director of Procurement for JD Edwards and the SVP of Operations for ICG Communications.  David has superior expertise helping clients to immediately reduce operating expenses.
