This one day program is for Sales and Sales Ops Executives, Sales Managers and anyone interested in improving their sales coaching skills.

After the session Managers:

  • Analyze sales process to identify gaps
  • Use eight questions to improve pipeline and forecast accuracy
  • Use coaching skills to develop people

During the session Managers will:

  • Practice coaching live scenarios

  • Practice using a Pre and Post Call Questioning
